This Return Policy describes how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for GoSheet products and services on iPhone and iPad, including in-app subscriptions purchased through Apple.
1. Digital services
GoSheet provides digital access (software, online tools, and account-based features). There is no physical product to return.
2. Apple In-App Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple’s report a problem flow or contact Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds for Apple-billed transactions directly on your card.
When Apple approves a refund, your subscription access may be revoked according to Apple’s rules and our records.
3. After account activation
Once your account is created and paid access is activated, purchases are generally final. We normally do not provide refunds for change of mind, deciding you no longer need the product, or incorrect sign-up details you entered (unless we can fix them without a new paid entitlement).
4. When we may still help
- You were charged twice for the same transaction
- A technical error on our side prevented any access despite successful payment (non-Apple billing only)
- A promotional page stated a money-back rule that applies to your case
Contact us with payment reference or receipt. Approval remains at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Starting a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account suspension until resolved.
